Lark Lane Residence

This garage conversion in New Braunfels transforms underutilized space into a functional and well-designed home addition. The project includes a mudroom entry with integrated laundry and storage, along with a new bedroom and full bathroom. An outdoor kitchen is seamlessly connected through a custom wrought iron and cedar accordion folding door, enhancing indoor-outdoor living. Exterior improvements include a stamped concrete overlay, a custom brick overlay designed to match the existing home, and new balcony railing and stairs for added character and usability.
