• Reconfigured the main living areas to unify the office, living room, dining room and kitchen into a cohesive open floor plan.
• Removed existing serving opening and converted it into a cabinet-height counter with bar-top seating to connect the kitchen and living area.
• Relocated the dining area to the rear of the kitchen for improved spatial organization and separation from the primary living space.
• Incorporated a custom barn door within the open plan to allow flexible privacy.
